Over five weeks we will gather online to explore the heart as a physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual center.

This is an invitation into your direct experience—a space to sense, feel, and remember.

Each week opens a different doorway into the Heart, weaving wisdom from Somatics, Sound/Music Therapy, Classical Tantrik Yoga, and Bhakti.

THE JOURNEY

Connection

Week 1 | With Tess

We arrive in the heart as a physical and emotional center, embodying the heart organ and its connections through anatomy, somatic exploration, and yoga asana.

Wisdom

Week 2 | With Paula

A journey into Hrdaya, the spiritual heart, through classical Tantrik philosophy and somatic movement. This week opens the heart as a place of knowing, intimacy, and presence.

Devotion

Week 3 | With Tess

We welcome the wisdom of Bhakti Yoga through mythology, meditation, and kirtan (mantra chanting), tending to the heart with story and song.

ALIVENESS

Week 4 | With Tess

We meet the beat of the heart through classical Tantrik philosophy, sound/music therapy and a dynamic somatic movement practice.

Offering

Week 5 | With Paula & Tess

We offer back the gifts of practice with a closing ceremony, meditation, and space for sharing.

When: We will gather for live sessions once each week on Zoom, from January 18 – February 16. Sessions are shown in your time zone when booking.

  • 5:00 - 6:15 PM | Chicago (Sundays)

  • 7:00 - 8:15 AM | Singapore (Mondays)

  • 10:00 - 11:15 AM | Melbourne (Mondays)

All sessions are recorded and available until May 1.

Accessibility: All bodies and hearts are welcome here. Some familiarity with yoga is recommended. Practices are held with care, agency, and space to be as you are. Additional support is available if needed throughout the journey.

What You’ll Need:

All movement practices are guided with curated soundscapes, so Spotify Premium is required and an external speaker is recommended. You will need movement clothes and a yoga mat for Week 1, 2, & 4. We also recommend a quiet and comfortable space, a candle, and a journal.

How It Works: Session information, Zoom links, and recordings will be shared through email.
