Over four weeks we will gather online to explore the heart as a physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual center.

This is an invitation into direct experience—a space to sense, feel, and remember.

Each week opens a different doorway into the Heart, weaving wisdom from embodied Yoga, Somatics, Sound/Music Therapy, classical Tantrik philosophy, and Bhakti.

THE JOURNEY

Connection

Week 1 | With Tess

We begin by landing in the heart as living tissue, embodying the heart organ and its connections through a somatic slow flow practice.

Wisdom

Week 3 | With Paula

A journey into hrdaya, the spiritual heart, through classical Tantrik philosophy and somatic movement. This week opens the heart as a place of knowing, intimacy, and presence.

ALIVENESS

Week 3 | With Tess

Here we explore the heart as spanda, the pulsation of life, through classical Tantrik philosophy and a music-based somatic practice weaving rhythmic movement, rest, and free movement.

Devotion

Week 4 | With Tess

This week we welcome the wisdom of Bhakti Yoga, the path of the heart, through mythology and kirtan, tending to the Heart through story, song, and celebration.

Offering

Week 5 | With Paula & Tess

Here we gather for a Metta meditation and a sharing circle, closing the space by offering back, and being in our hearts together.

When: Live sessions on Zoom take place on Sundays, January 18 – February 8

• 5:30 - 7:00 PM | Chicago

• 5:00 - 6:30 AM | Delhi (Mondays)

All sessions are recorded and available for 3 months.

Accessibility: All bodies and hearts are welcome here. Some previous experience with yoga, somatics, or meditation is recommended. Practices are offered with care, agency, and space to meet yourself where you are. Tess will be available if additional support is needed throughout the journey.

What You’ll Need: All movement sessions are guided with curated soundscapes, so Spotify Premium is required and an external speaker is recommended. We also recommend a yoga mat, a comfortable space, a candle, and a journal.

How It Works: Session information, Zoom links, and recordings will be shared through email.
